Our Story
Acme Bridge Company was started as H&H Construction Company by Mr. Hugh Holland and Mr. Billy Herod in 1952 and was located in Austin, Texas. After a few short years, H&H Construction Company changed it’s name to Acme Bridge Company, Incorporated, and is currently located in New Braunfels, Texas.
Acme Bridge Company is a veteran TXDOT Road & Bridge General Contractor and has completed many projects throughout Central and South Texas. Additionally, Acme Bridge Company has been a full service Oil Field Service Company in the Eagle Ford Shale and in the Permian Basin for many years. Acme Bridge is a seasoned TXDOT & Oil Field Contractor with an outstanding reputation for being safety minded, honest, communicative and producing top quality work.
